These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pgjl ("pgjl," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pgjl online gaming platform available at pgjl.app ("Platform"). 2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. pgjl reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
2.5 KYC Verification. pgjl may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify pgjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. pgjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. pgjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that shows signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pgjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification. pgjl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending verification of Account information or investigation of suspicious activity.
4.5 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. pgjl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pgjl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by pgjl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pgjl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.4 Modification of Promotions. pgjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games on the pgjl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform's system.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, pgjl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant wagers. pgjl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact pgjl customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. pgjl's decision on disputed game results is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Commitment. pgjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.
8.2 Available Tools. Players may request the following responsible gaming tools at any time by contacting customer support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, temporary account suspension, and permanent self-exclusion.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting pgjl customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, pgjl will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform.
8.4 Age Verification. pgjl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the pgjl Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of pgjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. pgjl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not use pgjl's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of pgjl's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 Platform Availability. pgjl does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
10.2 Exclusion of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, pgjl's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pgjl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
11.1 Privacy Policy. Your use of the Platform is also governed by pgjl's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
11.2 Data Processing. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to the limitations described therein.
12.1 Right to Amend. pgjl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Notification. While pgjl is not obligated to notify Players of changes to these Terms, we may, at our discretion, provide notice via email or Platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
12.3 Account Termination by Player. You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting pgjl customer support. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining Player Funds in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set forth in these Terms.
12.4 Account Termination by pgjl. pgjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or extended Account inactivity. Upon termination by pgjl, any remaining Player Funds will be returned to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to pgjl.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Jurisdiction. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13.3 Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with pgjl through good-faith negotiation by contacting our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
